In 1980, Mr. Bharat Mehta started PRIME GROUP in Rajkot with a small setup and a big belief in precision engineering. What began as a modest workshop has grown into a group of companies serving textile, automobile and general engineering customers in India and abroad.

Under his leadership, PRIME Manufacturers began producing T.F.O. spindles in 1987, Jyot Manufacturers followed in 1991, and by 2002 the group had started building its own presence in international markets. Each step was built on the same foundation: quality first, and long-term relationships with customers.
